• Walking Program
Petersburg is offering a group-walking program. The walking program meets twice weekly for an hour and is open to both wellness program participants and community members. • Wally-Ball Group exercise to promote increased social interaction and physical activity. • Nutrition and Cooking Classes Providing participants with skills and information on how to cook nutritious meals that support overall health and wellness. • Smoking Cessation Programming To assist people who are seeking information and support to stop smoking. Program Benefits• Annual Health Screenings
• Individualized Wellness Plans • Gym passes : qualifying participants receive low or no cost gym passes after completion of their health screening.
